ARIEL Winter may have undergone a great reduction, but her latest Instagram post tells a different story.

The Modern Family actress left her 2 million Instagram followers’ jaws on the floor when she shared a bikini snap that had clearly been heavily edited.
The redhead sports a tiny waist and humongous boobs in the eye-popping pic, looking more like a sexed-up cartoon than a real person.
“I don’t know who made this of me but yaaaaasss,” the star captioned the image, which racked up 40,000 likes almost instantly.
Predictably, the cyber-pervs of the world were out in full force.
“Boobs like that are made for motorboating,” one creep gushed.
“Holy f*** those t*** are larger than life in the best way possible,” another added.

Ariel’s op reduced her chest from a 32F to a 34D, after her natural breasts caused her to suffer from back problems.

And while she is thrilled with the results, her mum, who she has been emancipated from for a year, isn’t a fan.
"I don't think anyone at that age should be cutting into their breasts – I am surprised she did it so young and that the doctor did it for her so young,” she fumed to inside edition.
She also attacked her for displaying her scars on the red carpet, adding: "She should never be embarrassed of her scars but she shouldn't be flaunting them."
