The merciless President has previously been accused of ordering his jets to bomb civilian areas in Syria while supporting the Bashar al-Assad regime.
But US Secretary of State John Kerry has agreed a pact with Russia to ensure any strikes on Syria are on ISIS – also known as Daesh – or the al-Qaeda-linked Nusra front.
The pair agreed not to talk about alleged violations of a cessation against hostilities in Syria.
Instead, they worked out how to forge a plan to wipe out the sick death cult.
Mr Kerry said he had talked with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and agreed not to "litigate… in a public fashion" the reports of violations on both sides.
He added: "We are going to track down each alleged violation and work even more now to put in place a construct which will help us to guarantee that missions are indeed missions against Nusra or missions against Daesh.”
The warped terrorist groups were not part of February’s cessation deal on Syria.
Last month billionaire George Soros accused Mr Putin of acting like a crusader against ISIS to secretly exacerbate the already growing crisis by bombing civilian areas in Syria.
He wrote: "Russian planes have been bombing the civilian population in southern Syria forcing them to flee to Jordan and Lebanon.
"Russia has also launched a large-scale air attack against civilians in northern Syria. This was followed by a ground assault by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s army against Aleppo, a city that used to have two million inhabitants.”
Mr Putin was also blasted by Foreign Secretary Phillip Hammond who accused Russia of “helping ISIS” by bombing opponents of the Syrian President.
