LISTEN: Liam Payne jokes he would get with a married woman months before Cheryl hookup

ONE Direction hunk Liam Payne may have only just hooked up with Cheryl, but it seems he has always had a taste for married women.
In an interview with Capital FM last April, Liam revealed if he wasn't a singer he would be a pool cleaner, before joking he could use the job to get with "rich, married women".
"I have moved out to Surrey now so I am going part time as a pool cleaner, it is something I have wanted to do for a long time," he told presenter Dave Berry, before adding: "Use a net and stuff, fish out little leafs at the bottom of the pool – you can listen to your iPod as you are working as well."
When the 37-year old asked him if he would use the job to "get off with rich, married women while their husbands are at work,” the superstar replied: “Oh yeah of course… we’ve all seen it.”
While clearly said in jest, the comments came just months ahead of his relationship with the married  took a romantic turn.

Despite knowing each other for many years a source told The Sun: “Liam and Cheryl's relationship developed very quickly in December after the X Factor final."
At the time Cheryl is believed to have split from hubby Jean-Bernard despite managing to keep the break on the down low.

An insider explained to The Sun: “Cheryl and JB’s marriage was over by the time he celebrated his 35th birthday without her at the end of August. It was obvious she had a very difficult few months and was deeply unhappy for some time.
“But it’s not like she’s coming straight out of her marriage and into another relationship.
“She had a number of months where she was officially married but it was actually already over with JB for a number of months by that point.”
Tune in to the Capital Breakfast Show with Dave Berry tomorrow (Tuesday 1st March) from 6am to hear the full interview.
