Courtney Stodden confirms she is pregnant with husband Doug Hutchison's baby

COURTNEY Stodden has confirmed she is expecting her first child with husband Doug Hutchison.

The blonde bombshell confirmed the news despite wanting to wait longer to officially announce it.

"It's a bittersweet time for me right now," she told Us Weekly. "I'm dealing with a lot of stress and emotions surrounding life and its ups and downs.

"Doug and I weren't planning on going public with this so soon.

"I'm only four weeks along in my pregnancy. But some things are out of your control."

The couple got married in 2011 when the human Barbie was just 16 years old.

The union caused controversy due to the actor being 34 years older than Courtney.

The Asphalt singer and her man appeared on Couples Therapy in 2012, but separated in November 2013 before reuniting in August 2014.

The Celebrity Big Brother star most recently starred with her mother, Krista Keller, on The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition.

The mother and daughter duo had issues in their relationship when Krista revealed Doug wanted a "threesome" with her and her daughter.

But, while they were on the Lifetime reality show, Courtney admitted her mother had used her to lure a 17-year-old to her house.

She explained: "I was 12 years old and there was this grocery store bagger and he was 17 years old, and I think you were attracted to him. I felt like you used me to get him over to the house."

Hopefully Courtney and her child won't have as many issues – though that could spell the end of her career on reality television therapy shows.
