THE celebrity at the centre of the threesome injunction will not be named, a judge has ruled.
Today's appeal has ruled that PJS' identity will remain anonynmous, despite his name being available online, in the US and in Scotland.
A judge ruled that lifting the injunction would result in "more enduring invasions of the privacy of PJS, his partner and their children".
The Supreme Court ruled that there was no public interest in revealing PJS' identity, saying: "Question for court is not purely about confidentiality (as it is evident this has been breached), but also about privacy of PJS & family.
The injunction will now remain in place pending the results of a trial.
PJS is a famous man married to YMA; both are well-known individuals in the entertainment business with two young children.
Between 2009 and 2011, PJS had a sexual relationship with AB and, on one occasion, with AB and CD.
Since the trial between the Sun on Sunday and PJS began, injunctions have become a hot topic.
An old injunction keeping the identity of an A-list actor who had sex with Helen Wood when she was an escort was threatened to be revealed in the States.
Meanwhile, details of "semi-naked" pictures of Ned Rocknroll, which are banned from publication by an injunction, have been published in the US.
The threesome injunction has also sparked debate around parents in open relationships, with polygamy and swinging becoming more and more common.
