The president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has been pictured in Strasbourg, France arriving for his special address to the European Union Parliament today.
President Muhammadu Buhari arrives in France for EU meeting on Wednesday
President Muhammadu Buhari has left Nigeria and arrived Strasbourg in France to address a a special session of the European Union Parliament to be attended by members of the executive and legislative arms.
Buhari arrived in the early hours of Wednesday after concluding a 2-day visit to Ogun State.

The president will address a joint session of the European Union parliament and would bid support to fight terrorism, corruption and seek for help to tackle Nigeria's security and economic problems. He will also have a private audience with the President of the European Commission.
The parliament comprises of over 750 members drawn from 258 European countries.

Also listed on the president’s retinue is the Common Agenda on Migration and Mobility signed by Nigeria and the EU on March 12, 2015 which is expected to be reviewed by both parties.
