The Little Mix singer shared some gruesome snaps on the group's Twitter along with an explanation and warning to their young fans.
The photos showed the 22-year-old's hands covered in red sores and blisters.
She also had two nails without polish on which was a tragedy in itself.
The explanation read: "So today I had an accident… and by accident I mean I accidentally set myself on fire.
"The pilot light on my boiler blew up and it set my arm/hand on fire.
"Not a pleasant experience.
"I'm in pain, full of blisters, there's not one hair left on my hand or arm, and it burned the sleeve of my favourite jumper.
"F***ing nightmare.
"A little advice from me… STAY AWAY FROM FIRE! #StaySafeKids"
The accident was probably a massive comedown from Wednesday night when the South Shields lass performed at the BRITs.
Little Mix performed their hit Black Magic in a tribal style extravaganza.
The X Factor winners wore tiny green and black costumes and shook their bums, really getting rid of the family friendly image they had before.
The girls were nominated for Best British Single and Best British Artist Video of the Year, both for Black Magic.
Unfortunately they didn't win either, losing British Single to Adele – who won four awards overall – and British Artist Video to One Direction.
Although after their performance it could be argued they were robbed, as the video award was fan-voted on Twitter, and everyone knows when Directioners want something they get it.
But it seems like there was no bad blood between Little Mix and One Direction as the groups were seen leaving a BRITs after party together.
