80s pop legend who supports Man Utd tells Alexis Sanchez: You play for the wrong team

ARSENAL superstar Alexis Sanchez plays for the wrong team, according to popstar Rick Astley.

Sanchez joined the Gunners in the summer of 2014 from Barcelona for a fee of £35m.

The Chile international has been a revelation for the north Londoners and has found the back of the net 35 times in 77 appearances.

Astley, who is a well-known Manchester United fan, has been impressed by the the former Udinese man's displays for the back-to-back FA Cup winners but reckons he shouldn't be playing for them.

The 80s legend, who is currently on tour in Chile, told La Tercera: “Sanchez, who plays for Arsenal, is probably the greatest Chilean player I know, besides the one who plays for Barcelona (Claudio Bravo).

“It’s hard for me to watch him [Sanchez] because I don’t like Arsenal.
