The London-born star had the crowds in fits of laughter as she gave expletive-filled thank you speeches.
The 27-year-old won British Female, British Single, British Global Sucess and the biggest award — British Album for 25.
When she picked up the Global Success gong she gave a very sweary speech — which was accidentally broadcasted.
"I got really lost and didn't know if I was going to come back," she said.

She picked up Best British Single for her record breaking track Hello.
The song debuted at number one in 26 countries across the world.
Picking up the gong she said: "I was not expecting this one at all thank you so much."
She also took home the award for Best British Female for her incredible year.
The 27-year-old picked up the coveted gong and thanked her fans for their support.
She also joked that she would fall over on the stage.
At the end of her first speech she voiced her support for Ke$ha's ongoing case with Sony.
One Direction have won the award for video of the year again.
Louis Tomlinson said this proved they have the "best fans in the world".
Lorde and Gary Oldman paid tribute to the late David Bowie in tonight's ceremony.
Oldman said: "When he wrote to tell me he had cancer he added 'the good news is I got my check bones back.'
"David you were mortal but your potential was super human. We love you."
Lorde performed Life On Mars.
Bjork won International Female and called the award "the best title ever".
She was unable to collect the award but sent over a video message.
Catfish and the Bottlemen have picked but British Breakthrough at the BRITs.
This is their first ever Brit award after their debut album reached number 10 in the charts.
"You're class," was how they thanked their fans.
Justin Bieber has had a crazy year this year with his album Purpose.
He picked up the gong for International Male, beating off stiff competition from Drake and The Weeknd.
He said: "This just shows that life is a journey."
Not only did they open the show with a spectacular performance, they've now won the award for British Group.
This is Coldplay's ninth Brit Award and fourth time winning British Group.
They first won a Brit fifteen years ago — feel old yet?
Tama Impala walked away with Best International Group at the BRITs.
This is the first ever BRIT award for the Austrailian group.
Their album reached number 3 in the British album charts.
They said: "It's amazing to be at your award ceremony tonight."
James Bay has won British Male Solo Artist.
He is nominated for four awards tonight and this was his first win.
Last year he picked up Critics' Choice Awards.
Coldplay put on a killer peformance as the opened the 2016 Brit Awards.
The band, who have already won eight BRITs themselves, played to a screaming crowd as the award show kicked off.
They sang Hymn For The Weekend, the second single from their smash hit album A Head Full of Dreams.
