Let's be honest, this looks pretty painful.
The reality TV star has revealed the shocking aftermath of her recents sports injury, and despite the red marks being a result of treatment, it still looked really tender.
Aisleyne hurt her back while working out and had to set out on a gruelling course of acupuncture and massages to help her mend.
After stripping down to a pair of lacy knickers and a bra, the gobby star showed off the massive red circular marks that reached from her neck all the way down her back to her bottom.
The red circles are apparently a result of the "cupping" treatment she has had – which is where heated glass cups are applied to the skin, creating suction and is believed to stimulate the flow of energy.
She captioned the snap: "So this happened today.... One of the downsides to training is injury, overuse, strain, muscle damage... Hope to be on the mend now #cupping #acupuncture #massage #ouch #muscle #fitfam #gym #gymlife #girlsthatlift."
The 37-year-old blonde reality star received support from her fans, as one wrote: "Hope you get better soon."
Another quizzed her: "What has given you those round marks?"
Aisleyne recently sparked speculation that she's all loved-up, after she was spotted hand-in-hand with a lucky man.
She'd been pictured on a night out at the Sugar Hut with former club promoter and TV star JP Mullen.
