Man eats 'stray' dog… then finds it wasn't stray and he made BIG mistake

A FACTORY worker made the mistake of his life when he killed, cooked and ate a dog he mistakenly thought was a stray.
The Pembroke Welsh Corgi Zhang ate
DOG'S DINNER: Does looking into this pooch's sad eyes make you hungry? Me neither.
The man – named only as Zhang – found a Pembroke Welsh Corgi wandering around the toilets at his workplace in Xuzhou, China.
Most people might have given the dog an affectionate pat on the head, stroke – or possibly alerted their line manager to the lost animal.
But Zhang beat the poor creature to death with a wooden stick.
Later that night, he and his roommates shaved, skinned, and cooked the dog – before wolfing it down the next day.
They were all pretty happy with their hound dog happy meal – but they should have known there is no such thing as a free lunch.
When they returned to work they found posters appealing for help to find the dog – put up by their boss Mr Wang.
He had given the Corgi pup as a gift to his daughter last year.

MISSING: Imagine what went through Zhang's head when he saw this

After receiving a tip off from an eye witness, Mr Wang raided Zhang's room and discovered a bloody knife covered with fur.
Zhang said: "I thought it was a stray, I had no clue it was so precious."
He offered compensation for the loss – but enraged Mr Wang wasn't interested.
He fired the dog gobbler and hauled him before cops – who charged Zhang with theft.
