The show is expected to cause outrage when it is screened this week.
Philip is also accused of partying with naked showgirls and forcing The Queen Mother out of Buckingham Palace by turning off the heating to her rooms.
The programme claims when Philip, 94, moved into the Palace, he hated not being in control of anything and was sidelined by courtiers.
So he let off steam at boozy parties with celebrities and actors such as the late Peter Ustinov and David Niven at a private gentlemen’s club in London’s Soho.
Historian Dr Piers Brendan tells Inside Buckingham Palace on Channel 5: “It was an escape valve. He and the others behaved like playboys. Naked showgirls were talked about.
“The Queen was perturbed about his activities especially when he came back in an elevated state smelling of port.”
Mr Wilson says: “It was a cold winter and Philip ordered the servants to switch off the central heating in the Queen Mum’s rooms and within a week she was gone.”
A spokesman for the Queen and Prince Philip refused to comment.
Inside Buckingham Palace on Channel 5 airs on Wednesday at 9pm.
