A CAMPAIGN to re-sentence the brothers who made one of the most disgusting animal cruelty videos ever is snowballing fast.

**WARNING - GRAPHIC AND DISTRESSING CONTENT IN VIDEO**
An online petition to haul Andrew, 22, and Daniel Frankish, 19, back to court has collected more than 62,000 supporters.
Harrowing footage released by RSPCA shows Andrew hurling pet bulldog Baby down the stairs, pile driving it head first on the floor and jumping on her head like a trampoline.
The pair were handed 21 weeks in prison, but suspended for two years, at a UK magistrates' court last week.
Petition author Alex Richardson-Lee, 24, said the change.org campaign is soaking up over 100 signatures every 10 minutes.

"These boys are clearly enjoying what they are doing to this puppy," said the military medic, whoh promises to take the petition to Prime Minister David Cameron.
"The bulldog was obviously terrified and she couldn't fight back. It just really angered me and I thought, I can't let this sit.
"The footage is horrifying and the RSPCA inspector involved in the case said it was one of the most harrowing cases she had ever dealt with.
"It really riled me."
A petition is normally discussed in parliament if it attracts at least 100,000 signatures.
RSPCA inspector Gemma Lynch said that everyone who viewed the footage labelled it one of the most distressing things they'd ever seen.

Andrew can be seen holding the dog above his head, counting down and asking whether he should chuck the pet down the stairs.
He lobs the pet down without waiting for an answer from Daniel – who was filming the incident.
The dog was killed by doctors three months later when she lost use of her legs.
Both men were also tagged for six months for 8pm to 6am curfews after they admitted causing Baby unnecessary suffering by physical violence at Hartlepool Magistrates’ Court.

They were banned from keeping animals for life and ordered to pay £300 costs.
The film dated back to October 2013 but it was not until February this year that the cruelty emerged after the SD card was discovered on a shop floor.
Mr Richardson-Lee, from Aylesbury, Bucks, added: "People are starting to notice and the numbers are really climbing.
"I've also set up fundraising on the site and 100 per cent of that will go to the RSPCA centre that dealt with Baby and looked after the conviction.
