The Reds have sealed their £4.2m capture of Augsburg ace Ragnar Klavan.
The defender, who has signed a three-year deal at Anfield said: "I’m really honoured to be part of this amazing club, this amazing team."
Liverpool have also announced that goalkeeper Adam Bogdan has joined Wigan on a season-long loan.

Ladbrokes have suspended betting on Paul Pogba making a stunning return to Manchester United.
United are working hard to lure the 23-year-old back to Old Trafford this summer and the bookies believe the deal could be close.
Ladbrokes spokesman Alex Apati said: “As far as we're concerned all bets are off when it comes to Pogba making the move to United.
"The betting suggests he could make an immediate impact as United start what many believe will be a title-winning season."
