LIVERPOOL new boy Marko Grujic has been granted a work permit.
Grujic, 20, was loaned back to the club for the rest of the season but this week joined up with his newLiverpool team-mates as they kicked off pre-season.
Kop boss Jurgen Klopp attended the work permit hearing in person with Grujic at a Manchester hotel.
Klopp underlined the value of the Serbia international to the club and the permit was granted.
Grujic does have to go through procedural issues to complete the process which means he may not feature in the Reds’ friendly with Tranmere on Friday.
