MARIO BALOTELLI has been offered the chance to join Italian minnows Sarnese.
But the ambitious outfit believe they could help Balotelli revive his stuttering career.
Sarnese president, Francesco Origo, has pleaded with the Italian international to come and join them this summer.
In an open letter, he said: “Dear Balotelli, Sarnese offers you a chance to start again from amateur football and prove once and for all that you are a true champion: from Sarno the chance to remember the pure values, sacrifice, fair play and the spirit of team.
“We can awaken your football skills and reassess your image as a great sportsman, come play in Sarno, please come.”
He added: “We believe that Mario Balotelli should start from amateur football in a club like Polisportiva Sarnese, it can be a unique opportunity.
“Our club in fact last season won the ‘Fair Play’ award of their group and also the ‘Youth Award.
Sarnese aren't the first unlikely club to be linked with the Liverpool flop.
Wolves and Port Vale have also been touted as possible destinations for the madcap striker.
