SWISS ARMY KNIFE: Pogba's comfortable in attacking and defensive roles
The biggest transfer story of the summer has been Paul Pogba's protracted switch from Juventus to Manchester United.
And Kammy reckons the 23-year-old will prove himself a versatile talent in the Premier League.
"Pogba's one of those rare midfield players who can play in a holding role and in an attacking role, so you've got the complete midfielder," he said.
"He's not going to guarantee you 20 goals but if you spend that much money on him you're expecting at least 10. But he has other strengths as well.
"Sir Alex didn't seem to think he'd become the player that he is, and Sir Alex doesn't make too many mistakes.
"But he's gone away and developed and he's come back and now he'll want to prove he's the finished article."
Liverpool have spent the majority of their transfer fees on two players this summer, Sadio Mane from Southampton and Georginio Wijnaldum from Newcastle for a combined outlay of nearly £60m.
When asked if this was a good price, Kamara said Klopp won't really be judged until the season's well under way.
He said: "I thought Mane did absolutely fantastic at times and Wijnaldum looked a decent player in a struggling Newcastle side.
"All the managers, not just Jurgen Klopp will be judged after the first 10 games and people will decide then whether the signings they've made were successful or rubbish."
As for what Man United can expect from new boss Jose Mourinho, Kammy only thinks there'll be one outcome.
"Jose Mourinho's a born winner, he's won the league at every club he's been at.
"Whether it's this year or next year you can say that's more than likely to happen again within his tenure."
