Shock transformation: How much Big Brother’s Ryan has changed since X Factor

BEFORE he was hooking up with Hughie Maughan on Big Brother, Ryan Ruckledge was an aspiring pop star on The X Factor.

The 24-year-old has been open about his time on the show, and the controversy that came with it.

In a series of recent throwback snaps, the reality star can’t believe how he looked during his first stint on the talent show.

“What a difference a few years makes haha state of me on @TheXFactor WOWWWWW,” he tweeted.

Back in 2013, Ry and his best pal Liddia auditioned in front of Sharon Osbourne, Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh and Gary Barlow.

At the time the pair explained: “We’re passionate about music, we’re passionate about dancing, we were born entertainers.

“I knew from the minute I was born that I wanted to be doing this. I just want to be somebody.”

While hilarious, the audition was terrible and neither made it through to Boot Camp.

Ry would then return to The X Factor stage in 2015, with disastrous results.

Although making it to Boot Camp this time, Ryan blew his chance by turning up to his audition drunk.

Simon Cowell wasn’t impressed and called him a “horror” while Ryan later went on to say that the show’s producers told him to drink.

Despite trying to put his stab at pop stardom behind him, fans keep reminding Ryan of his origins.

“This will haunt me forever haha I look so different,” he said.

He also hinted that he’d enter Eurovision “for a laugh” and even started his own hashtag: #RyanForEurovision.

In other Ryan news, fans are becoming increasingly worried by the reality star’s drinking habits.
